How do I know what information is missing?

Within each page, missing information is highlighted in yellow. Scroll through each page to view all fields and click the Save and Continue button at the bottom of your screen to move to the next section. Once a page is completed, a green checkmark will appear next to the page name at the top of the page. After you have completed the entire section, a checkmark will appear next to the section name.

How do I move to another section of the application?

Use the Save and Continue button and previous link at the bottom of the page to complete each section.

I've completed all information, how do I review and sign my application?

After information is completed, you will be able to proceed to the Sign & Submit section where you will:

1) Read and agree to the disclosure and disclaimer statement.
2) Carefully review all information.
3) Click the Sign and Next Signature button; this will serve as your digital signature for each form.
4) When you reach the last form, click Sign & Submit Application.
5) After you electronically sign and submit your application, you will be able to download all of your signed forms.

What if I don’t have time to complete the process today?

You may click the “Sign-out” link in the upper right hand corner of the page and access the application at a later date. The link to review your application will only be active for 7 days from the date of the email you received. So, don't delay... complete your application today!
